Jibe Instructor: Aldin

Aldin

Adlin first fell in love with spin a year and a half ago when she was searching for a high-intensity, lower-impact workout. She has battled multiple autoimmune diseases for the majority of her life, which has motivated her to take advantage of every opportunity she can to celebrate movement while inspiring others to do the same. In her classes, expect to hear lots of EDM, mashups, throwbacks, and big beats! Also… expect to join in on the singing. Adlin loves the supportive and electric environment at Jibe and works to provide an uplifting class in hopes of reminding riders that they are already stronger than they were when they walked through the door.

Outside of Jibe, Adlin works at a public health nonprofit organization focused on primary prevention, and is also a personal trainer. She loves to spend her time reading, sipping on iced almond milk lattes, cooking, and enjoying time with her family.
