Helena is an original member of the Jibe instructor team and switched to a full time role in September 2021. As Director of Development at Jibe, Helena is responsible for growing the Jibe community and managing all of your favorite instructors. She takes pride in training new talent & loves to watch the Jibe team grow and flourish. 

Formerly an avid runner like her Mom, Helena found indoor cycling after an injury sidelined her. For Helena, spin is an escape, a place to be herself and to empower others. Her rides will bring sass, confidence, and a little bit of humor to motivate you through spicy double times and big beat drops.

When Helena isn't in the studio, you'll find her drinking iced coffee with her dog Lola.
